We love the stadium. Seats are comfortable and the food/drink options are plentiful. Lots of restrooms. I have been to both hockey and basketball games. Also enjoyed a few concerts and all of them have worked great! Totally worth a visit and enjoy what ever event tickles your fantsy. The only downside is the annoying Portal design they went with but once you figure that out it is a great place to watch the game. The problem is that now you have to know 4 different number sets instead of just needing your section, row, and seats. Now you need to know the portal as well then find your section and your row then seat. Just a little annoying but I believe in you! If you can dream it you can do it.

Really nice arena with some decent food choices. Drinks weren't overly priced and a bonus was the reverse ATM's, where you put in cash and get a credit card. Very convenient and there are no fees. We sat in the nose bleeds and while the view of the rink was clear, the seats were very steep and you can't see the Jumbotron because of the press boxes. It's a weird design that I haven't seen elsewhere in newer arenas.

Great experience! The arena is wonderful and they made the Shoresy Classic so much fun. They even changed the names of food items at restaurants to coincide with tidbits from the show. Awesome little detail for fans. Every seat feels close!

First time at LCA was for the Pink concert. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. It was easy finding our seat's and upgrading our tickets, I do not recommend sitting on the upper deck though. I reserved parking in a near by lot that was easy to get in and out of. Didn't have to wait in line to get out.

This arena is absolutely beautiful inside!! I love how there are Food & Drinks available for purchase on every level. It was my first hockey game and I'm glad it was here. We will definitely be coming back 👍🏽

For such a large venue, it was very organized and everything the customer needed to do was clearly explained and coordinated. We attended the Twenty-one Pilots concert, and the employee who kept concert-goers informed on what to expect was AMAZING! Her name was Candy, and she totally made this event perfect!

The venue itself is nice, I love the area I was sitting in, getting from the parking to the venue via the bridge was easy to navigate. Mark G from guest relations was the highlight of our visit! He was very helpful and accommodating. We were not sur my cousin would be able to get to her seat since her surgery, but he made her day with the AMAZING care and attention he gave her. I can't give him enough accolades.

My friend and I attended the Sweat Tour held here yesterday! The Show itself was amazing and the venue was perfect for the sold out show. We were up on the barricade and the security guard Koda was super friendly and helpful. Provided us water during the extremely heat intensive parts of the show. There was another security officer though that did at times make the show feel uncomfortable due to his extreme discomfort of the show (i think the base might of been too loud for him) as he was constantly holding his ears and looking uncomfortable. I understand things happen, but maybe prepare your staff for these kind of events, as it did make the show a lil uncomfortable at times. Lastly, the security at the door promise to honor our fan made line for GA Pit, which they did not do and actually tried to have some of the back of line cut in front of us who were in line first. Also, there was no reason to tell us to line up in front of the mejier entrance only for security to tell us to move two blocks down the road completely away from the venue and THEN IMMEDIATELY MOVE BACK TO THE DOORS! I believe there was some dishonesty in terms of where everyone could enter or major miscommunication. Either way, the show was great, Koda was super nice, and the venue itself is quite lovely.

Beautiful arena! Went to an Incubus concert here. The acoustics needed adjusting. The venue itself was nice and of course Incubus was great! Easy entry. No wait at the bar area we were seated near. Sat in section 109 and I would certainly go back.

This was a very nice and CLEAN Arena with tons of food and beverage options, but very meddling staff who won’t let anyone past a certain point to use the restroom, when lines everywhere else were extremely long. We had seats very close to stage left, up in the balcony area. While the show was fantastic, I would suggest getting seats further back from the stage if you’re sitting on the side, because if the performers are using any screens or lighting, you won’t be able to see it close to the stage. I had some pizza from one of the concessions in the lobby, and it was probably the best Little Caesar’s pizza I’ve ever had! Of course, it was very fresh and made in Detroit, and I hear that the closer you get to Detroit, the better the pizza 🍕. I’m coming back in December to see another performer, and am very excited to revisit this place, as I had a great experience.

The arena is great, very modern and bright. CB is no doubt one of the greatest performers in the game! The seats are comfy with a good view. I would, however, avoid the upper bowl seats because they are extremely steep! You walk up to the section, and you instantly feel nervous looking down before even getting to your seat. They are also tighter in legroom, so try to avoid them if possible. Otherwise, a very well organized arena!
